I can’t answer all of those, since I’m no ammo expert! But I can show what I have on hand and discuss my experience with each one. This isn’t a commercial for any one brand, just showing what I have used. I’m NOT saying these are the best, or that you must use the same brand as me. Just my thoughts on them. I’ll cover both 9mm and .45 ACP.
